“Because you made every child matter, I mattered, and in turn, I can stand here sharing my story with all of you today.” — Joey, a beneficiary of TSA courageously shared at today’s Red Shield Appeal Event.

Her story beautifully demonstrated how Love Beyond circumstances can lift someone up, empowering them to find their inner strength and continue on their life journey.

We were also thrilled to have Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan grace us as our Guest-Of-Honour. In his inspiring speech, he acknowledged The Salvation Army’s vital role in providing hope to every individual and family in need. It was truly an honour to have him with us.

The event also marked the launch of our Philanthropic Circle of Care, an impactful program that enables philanthropists to strategically support our causes. We were overjoyed to welcome UBS Optimus Foundation as one of our first participants.

The event was a powerful reminder of the importance of loving people unconditionally, regardless of their circumstances.

This momentous occasion wouldn’t have been possible without the support and love from each and every one of you. Throughout the 88 years of our journey, your unwavering dedication to our cause has made a significant impact on countless lives. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of you for being part of this incredible journey.
