Our Services
Gracehaven
We help children and youth who need care, protection and rehabilitation due to a lack of parental supervision, risk behaviours or family breakdowns. We develop care plans to meet their individual needs through programmes that build positive values and resilience.
Gracehaven Fostering
Appointed by the Ministry of Social and Family Development, we collaborate with foster families to provide a safe and secure home for foster children and young persons who require care and protection. These children are in foster care due to reasons that may lead to their family being unable to care for them temporarily.
Kids in Play
We provide professional support to address the impact of parental incarceration on children and caregivers, help to strengthen familial bonds and facilitate the reintegration of incarcerated persons with their families.
Youth Development Centre
We reach out to latchkey youth-at-risk from low to middle income families, with a focus on troubled youth who are facing issues at home or in school. Our staff and volunteers engage the youth through a variety of activities and seek to impart values and life skills to lay a strong foundation for their future.
Our Programmes
Youth Mental Health Support
We reach out to youth to impart important skills for mental wellness. For those with mental health concerns, we provide programmes to build resilience and provide clinical support when needed.
Befrienders for Families
We support and help families who are reunifying after removal by child protective services, and require help to prevent future removals. We play a crucial role in easing the adjustment for both children and their caregivers. Through the BFF programme, we aim to equip families with the necessary tools and guidance to foster stronger relationships and a sense of belonging.Â
Re:Ignite
