A joint development between The Salvation Army Peacehaven, Lien Foundation and Khoo Chwee Neo Foundation, Peacehaven Jade Circle aims to raise dementia care standards through new care models with a focus on autonomy, choices and dignity.
How We Support
Jade Circle Arena
Inter-generational play activities allow seniors and kids to interact, and support the seniors’ physical, mental and psychosocial well-being. Maintenance and dementia day care is also provided at our senior care centre.
Jade Circle Acaredemy

Jade Circle Apartments
Our apartments offer single or twin rooms to all residents, including those on government subsidies.
