As an Approved Provider under the Ministry of Health framework, Peacehaven is able to offer its residents on-site access to services from a general practitioner, geriatrician, psycho-geriatrician, podiatrist, speech therapist, pharmacist and dietician. These services are generally provided at no additional cost to the resident.
4. Social Work
A team of trained and qualified social workers provide financial counselling, advocacy and discharge planning for all residents.
5. Security
Peacehaven maintains round-the-clock security services giving residents and their families complete peace of mind.
6. Dietary
Our own kitchen staff prepare nutritious meals based on our dietician’s recommendation, to cater to the needs of each resident.
7. Pastoral Care
Peacehaven’s in-house chaplaincy department conducts church services, cell groups, counselling and offers pastoral care. Chaplains are available to meet with family members in times of distress or difficulty.
8. Laundry
Our laundry staff ensure that residents’ clothes and bedding are cleaned to the highest standards.
9. Visiting
Families and friends may visit residents in Peacehaven from 9am to 7pm daily.
10. Administration
A full administrative team helps maintain the home so it runs efficiently and effectively. Financial planning, collection of payments, keeping the Home clean and well maintained, and supplying the RLAs with necessary items, are among everyday responsibilities.
